Our honey is available in jars of 175 and 500 grams, which can also be combined in gift boxes. We will continuously expand our product range to offer additional products such as mead and pollen in the future.
Our varieties of honey

Acacia honey
From the fragrant, white flowers of the locust tree (Acacia) our bees produce a honey with a particularly mild and pleasant sweetness. The nectar is collected from May to June in Brandenburg. Acacia honey remains liquid for a long time due to its high fructose content. This honey is also very popular in the kitchen to sweeten food or to make a salad dressing.
Spring honey
This clear and delicately creamy honey is collected by our bees between April and May, in the expanses of spring flowers. The slightly fruity-floral aroma is composed of flowers of fruit trees, dandelions, field flowers and rapeseed flowers. Cornflower honey
Beginning in June, our bees collect nectar around the Brandenburg region to produce this slightly creamy honey with an aromatic-spicy flavor. The cornflower is born on organic wheat fields as weed. On large areas it is possible to obtain this unique honey in a pure way.
Linden flowers honey

Wild flowers honey
When blackberries and raspberries bloom in July, our bees collect this honey around our beekeeping in the Oberpfalz. This honey is made of flower nectar and honeydew. It has an aromatic and fruity flavor.
Forest honey
This honey rich in minerals and with a very spicy and resinous note imprisons the particular aroma of our woods in the Oberpfalz. Our bees get the honeydew from spruces and firs between June and July.

Buckwheat honey
For experts it is a delicacy because of its rustic and very strong aroma. The buckwheat is grown in the regions around Brandenburg on biologically cultivated fields and areas dedicated to the conservation of nature. Thanks to the long flowering period, this honey is harvested between June and August.
Gift Set
Our honey is also available in a gift set, also with a high-quality wooden top and individual overprint. The 175-gram jars are already available in sets of 4, soon also in sets of 2 or 3, and for the 500-gram jars are programmed sets of 2 or 3.
